GCN has an article about the EPA releasing a draft for granting Energy Star designations for servers. It links to an EPA Energy Star Enterprise Servers web page. But, all I see there is a Dec. 28, 2006 announcement letter in a PDF file. Let me know if you can tell me where to find an actual draft I can download/read.
